Car Spectrum ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA). This page describes our standards, prevention practices, and reporting process related to child safety in connection with the Car Spectrum mobile application and related services available at carspectrumdr.com.
Car Spectrum is a business marketing and campaign management platform intended for professional and business users. It is not designed for children and is not directed to users under 18.
This page is published to support transparency and compliance with applicable store and platform child-safety requirements, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Our Commitment
We do not tolerate:
- Child sexual exploitation or abuse
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming or solicitation of minors
- Any content, behavior, or use of our services that exploits or endangers children
We will take appropriate action when we become aware of such activity, which may include:
- Removing content
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Preserving relevant records where legally required
- Reporting to competent authorities and/or relevant hotlines when required or appropriate
2. Age Suitability and Intended Audience
Car Spectrum is intended only for adults and business users who can lawfully enter into contracts and operate marketing/communication tools.
- The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the user's jurisdiction)
- We do not knowingly allow children to create or use Car Spectrum accounts
- If we learn that an account belongs to a child, we will take steps to disable the account and delete associated personal data as required by law and our Privacy Policy
Users are responsible for ensuring that campaign recipients, contact lists, and published content comply with applicable laws and do not target or exploit minors.
3. Prohibited Child-Safety Violations
Users may not use Car Spectrum to create, upload, store, send, schedule, publish, or distribute content or communications that involve:
- Sexual content involving anyone 17 years of age or under
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether real, generated, or simulated
- Sexualization of minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
- Trafficking or any activity that facilitates harm to children
- Links, files, or media that provide access to such material
This prohibition applies across all product features, including:
- Media library uploads
- Messaging campaigns
- WhatsApp / Telegram communications
- Social publishing (including Instagram and TikTok)
- Contact and audience management tools
4. Prevention and Safety Controls
To reduce child-safety risk, we maintain the following practices:
Product Design
- Car Spectrum is positioned as a business productivity / marketing tool, not a child-directed social or dating product
- Account access requires authentication
- Users control their own contacts, media, and campaign content
Policy Enforcement
- Users must agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy
- We reserve the right to investigate reports of misuse
- We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these standards
Content and Communications Responsibility
- Users are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of content they upload or send
- Users must not upload or distribute illegal content, including CSAM
- We may remove content and disable access when violations are identified
Staff Readiness
- Our designated contact is prepared to respond to child-safety compliance inquiries from platforms and authorities
- We review credible reports and escalate serious cases appropriately
5. How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you become aware of content or behavior on Car Spectrum that may involve child sexual exploitation or abuse, please report it immediately.

Please include, where possible:
- Your name and contact email
- The account/email involved (if known)
- Date and time of the incident
- Description of the issue
- Relevant campaign, media, message, or post identifiers
- Screenshots or other supporting details (do not forward illegal images if doing so would further distribute CSAM; describe the material instead)
We aim to acknowledge credible reports within 72 hours where practicable.
Emergency situations: If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
6. Review and Enforcement Process
When we receive a child-safety report, we may:
- Review the report and available account/service records
- Restrict access to suspected violating content or accounts
- Request additional information from the reporter or account holder when appropriate
- Remove content and/or suspend/terminate accounts
- Preserve data as required for legal, safety, or investigative purposes
- Report to relevant authorities or authorized child-protection organizations when required or appropriate
We may refuse service to users who repeatedly or seriously violate these standards.
7. Cooperation with Authorities and Platforms
We cooperate in good faith with:
- Law enforcement agencies
- Authorized child-protection organizations
- App platforms (including Google Play) when required under applicable law or platform policy
Where legally required, we will report apparent CSAM and preserve related records in accordance with applicable obligations.
8. User Responsibilities
By using Car Spectrum, users agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes
- Not upload, send, or publish any child sexual exploitation or abuse material
- Not use the service to contact, target, or exploit minors
- Promptly report suspected child-safety violations to support@carspectrumdr.com
- Comply with Meta/WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, and other third-party platform policies when using connected channels
Violation of these standards is grounds for immediate account action.
9. In-App Reporting Status
Current status: Car Spectrum currently supports child-safety reporting through the public contact channel listed on this page
(support@carspectrumdr.com).
If an in-app child-safety reporting feature is added later, this section will be updated to describe how users can report directly from the application.
