You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for:

• Activity under your account
• Keeping login credentials confidential
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity
• Violate the rights of others
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Interfere with platform security or operation
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Use integrated third-party services in violation of their terms

5. User Content and Uploaded Data

You retain responsibility for the content you upload, submit, schedule, or publish through Car Spectrum, including:

• Contacts
• Media files
• Campaign text
• Templates
• Social captions and hashtags

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use and submit that content.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Car Spectrum may integrate with third-party services such as TikTok, WhatsApp Business / Meta, and Telegram. Your use of those services through Car Spectrum is subject to their availability, APIs and technical limitations, and their terms, policies, approvals, and restrictions. We are not responsible for failures, delays, suspensions, rejections, or policy actions taken by those third-party platforms.

7. Platform Approvals and Restrictions

Some integrations may require:

• Third-party account approvals
• Template approvals
• Domain or URL verification
• API access permissions
• Region-specific eligibility

Car Spectrum does not guarantee approval, uptime, or unrestricted availability of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Car Spectrum, excluding user-provided content, remain with us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform except as permitted by law.

9. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be limited by maintenance, outages, third-party API changes, infrastructure issues, or security controls.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Car Spectrum is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Spectrum and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Car Spectrum and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or rules.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms, your use creates risk or legal exposure, required third-party integrations become unavailable, or we discontinue the service. You may stop using the platform at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
